What will you do?

As a designer with our UI/UX team, you will get to practice and experience being part of the design thinking process. You will also be exposed to system thinking concepts and applying them to our own design system. The pace here is fast, iterative, and pivotal at times, but we will provide guidance to get you familiar with the process, working as a team and as individuals. You will have the chance to research, create, and influence strategic designs for screen-based platforms and apps.

You will report to the Head of Product and be based in Brunei or Singapore.

Your key responsibilities include
  • Conduct market research and identify the landscape for relevant apps and platforms.
  • Evaluate user requirements and continuously propose improvements to enhance product experience.
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
  • Create high-quality UI mockups and prototypes that reflect both functionality and visual identity.
  • Create meaningful user-centric interfaces using our existing design system.
  • Create and maintain our design system together as a team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
  • Collaborate with product engineers and managers to diligently align project objectives with established timelines.
  • Diligently pinpoint disparities within our design language and recommend improved interfaces for our design workflow.
  • Participate in UI testing and contribute insights to refine product usability.

 Base technical skills 
  • Proficient in Figma.
  • Attention to detail and a strong desire to understand how digital products work.
  • Ability to relate, understand, grasp concepts, and interpret client/user needs.
Qualifications 
  • A diploma (or higher) in a design-related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or UI/UX-related roles.
