To excel in this role, you should be passionate about process automation, dedicated to enhancing efficiency and ready to tackle challenges head-on. As an ideal candidate, you’ll have a sharp mind for synthesizing crucial information to make informed decisions in time-critical situations. Additionally, you'll demonstrate a holistic perspective to shape future plans for the team.

You'll play a crucial role by:

  • Innovating and improving global money movement processes to achieve closer to instant and free transfers

  • Working closely with Treasury Markets to support planning and executing FX trades to manage group-wide FX risks

  • Supporting Product teams with Treasury solutions on new or existing currencies & product launches such as new currencies, ensuring efficient risk management

  • Be a point of contact and help manage relationships with international banks and counterparties across the APAC region

  • Driving product and process improvements — taking ownership of team and company processes, fostering relationships as a key point of contact with internal stakeholders such as payment operation specialists, engineers, analysts, data scientists, and product managers

This role offers you the opportunity to:

  • Make an Impact — Identify and automate processes that reduce costs and enhance efficiency.

  • Challenge Yourself — Work in teams facing complex and time-sensitive situations, questioning norms, and driving positive change.

  • Work and Travel Globally — Collaborate closely with internal and external partners, visiting Treasury team offices in Austin, London, Tallinn.

  • Learn and Grow — Work alongside a diverse team, given autonomy to make decisions, and contribute to the company's mission.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills;

  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in treasury operations or specialist role in a related field;

  • An accurate, organized individual with an eye for detail, ensuring reliable execution of daily treasury tasks, maintaining operational integrity, and guaranteeing that all process changes are documented with precision;

  • Have a strong process-oriented and efficiency-driven mindset;

  • A systems thinker who exercises strategic judgment with ease, demonstrating an innate ability to connect the dots in new situations and think creatively for solutions;

  • Comfortable making independent decisions in time-sensitive situations, while being able to multitask efficiently;

  • Proven track record of proactiveness and taking individual ownership of assigned responsibilities and projects through their full lifecycle, whilst ensuring the timely completion of all operational responsibilities;

  • Flexible with work hours to accommodate shifts and ensure smooth operations in the APAC region, occasionally working holidays;

  • Exhibit clear and honest communication skills, adaptability to different audiences, and comfort in resolving issues with global external partners and internal stakeholders;

  • A great-team player who is feedback-oriented, values openness and thrives in a collaborative team environment;

  • Self motivated, showing an appetite for learning and continuous self-improvement, mastering new systems and constantly identifying and filling knowledge gaps.
