About the team
We are looking for a motivated Treasury Intern to support our Global Treasury team in strengthening documentation, process governance, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured problem-solving, process mapping, and cross-functional coordination, and who wants exposure to how a global treasury function operates.
What you will be responsible for:
- Assist in preparing and updating treasury document
- Standardize, compile and consolidate treasury standard operating procedures document
- Support data gathering and validation as needed across treasury work-streams
- Prepare clear schematic diagrams and workflow maps to visually represent treasury processes, approval flows, and system interactions
- Establish document index/folder structure and organize treasury materials in accordance with the index, ensuring documents are easily searchable and consistently filed
- Support treasury operations in audits and banks KYC due diligence documentation
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of treasury templates, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Participate in ad-hoc treasury projects
How you will stand out:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, structured documents
- Comfortable with diagramming/flowchart tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with treasury systems (TMS) is an advantage

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may sometimes be exposed to heat, noise, and vibrations. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The exposure will not be constant but could occupy a large amount of a person’s time during the day while on-site. Safety & Noise reduction equipment will be provided by the company. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The role allows working remotely flexibly where necessary.
