Job Description

1. Cash Management - Manage company's cash to ensure sufficient liquidity to fund global operations include following responsibilities:

  • Management of banking relationships.

  • Identify cash flow trend and variance analysis for cash forecast.

  • Ensure timely Treasury related and inter-company settlement.   

  • Bank account opening/closing, timely update of bank mandates and signers.

  • Cover KYC/ FATCA requirements, credit facilities review.

  • Investment of surplus cash or arrange intercompany loan.

  • Participate/lead process improvement projects to improve job efficiency.

  • Provide Treasury advisory.

  • Investigate, assess and implement banking solutions whenever required.  

2. FX & Risk Insurance - Participate and execute the company's risk management programs, including the hedging of financial risk from foreign exchange and the provision of insurance to protest the company's assets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Banking and Finance

  • 1-3 years or more working treasury experience, preferable with an MNC.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight timelines.

  • Team player.

  • Positive learning attitude going the extra mile to understand and resolve issues with business partners and Finance shared service hubs.

  • Coverage: Asia and Europe

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
