The Training Sales Executive promotes SGS Academy services, manages sales processes, maintains client relationships, and meets sales targets through proactive outreach and CRM updates.

Job Description
Primary responsibilities:
- Promote and sell BA Academy services for in-house and public-run courses
- E-marketing on the training program
- Prepare proposals for prospects
- Achieving Sales KPI
Specific responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and/or cold calling
- Promote and sell SGS Academy's training services to potential and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from initial contact to sales/contract confirmation
- Follow up sales enquiries and update sales enquiries in CRM/Salesforce
- Responding to client sales-related questions
- Generate training proposals via iLearn
- Update enrolments in iLearn and training prospect in SharePoint
- Responding to client requests and liaising with the relevant party for the required documents, articles, forms, and/or information.
- Dispatch tutor's CV upon client's request/course registration form
- Receipt of completed course registration form for public run or signed proposals for in-house training
- Operate to the highest standards of ethics, in accordance with the SGS Code of Integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent
- Relevant sales experience in related fields and proven sales track record
Additional Information
- Able to work independently
- Confident in handling cold calls, sales enquiries and sales presentation
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
