Job Responsibilities

  • Define UX strategies and propose improvements grounded in user research and trading domain knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure experience solutions are feasible and aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate complex trading data into clear, user-friendly portfolio management and data visualization experiences.
  • Continuously evaluate user experience through feedback, behavioral analytics, and market research to inform experience improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal) to align experience strategy with broader business goals.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data team to ensure experience strategy is effectively translated into product featuresQualifications:· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related).

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of user experience principles, user research methodologies, and experience strategy.
  • Proven experience working on crypto, trading, or fintech products, especially involving portfolio management or analytics features.
  • Familiarity with the Philippines and/or global crypto markets is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex financial or trading data into user-friendly experiences.
