Overall purpose of job:

Perform Pre & Post Processing. Ensure all transactions received are scanned to COE for processing as per the Service Level indicators (SLI). Also ensure excellent customer service and risk controls are within the established Guidelines/Procedures. General administrative support and liaise with external vendors.
 

Main activities / tasks (Principal accountabilities):

  • Manage Day-to-Day Activities.

  • Adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Procedures/Guidelines.

  • Monitor and follow up for outstanding/pending transactions.

  • Receive and acknowledgment all Applications, Instructions, Documents from Service Counter

  • Day end reconciliation of items received vs items scanned/processed.

  • Cover the duties of teammates functions whenever the need arises.

  • Display good work ethics and attitude to foster a high-performance culture and teamwork.

  • Understand needs of internal and external customers to always ensure quality customer service.

  • Inculcate good customer service culture.

  • Institute Continuous Process Improvements.

  • Identify suitable areas/work for improvement to increase productivity.

  • Identify, understand, and manage and ensure no risks gaps and to take necessary steps to contain and/or minimise them.

  • General administrative support and liaise with external vendors

  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by Supervisor.

  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a high level of discretion and integrity.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications/ IT savvy would be an advantage.

Experience/Skills:

  • Proven experience in a testing or quality assurance role

  • Knowledge of Trade Finance, and/or banking operations will be an advantage

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent comprehension and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently

Note

  • This job is 100% work in office, based at Tampines.

  • Depending on workload demands, this role may require the incumbent to work beyond the standard office hours.

  • This is a contract job that will end on 30 Dec 26.
