The role will work closely with the Global Head of Third Party Risk Management, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Operational Risk and Resilience, Information Security, Business Continuity, Financial Crime and regional business owners to ensure third party risks are identified, assessed, monitored and reported effectively throughout the supplier lifecycle.

Location and Scope
The role can be based in Singapore or Hong Kong and will support Third Party Risk Management activity across the APAC region. The role will require close collaboration with regional business stakeholders, local control functions and the global Third Party Risk Management team to ensure APAC arrangements are managed consistently, proportionately and in line with applicable requirements.

•    Coordinate due diligence activities across relevant subject matter experts, including Operational Risk, Information Security, Technology Risk, Business Continuity, Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime, Credit Risk and Sustainability.
•    Lead or support supplier risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, periodic reviews, exit planning, concentration risk analysis and issue remediation across APAC arrangements.
•    Provide guidance and challenge to supplier/service owners to help ensure policy compliance and appropriate management of risks across the full supplier lifecycle.  Track, challenge and escalate overdue actions, control weaknesses and policy non-compliance.
•    Lead regional TPRM governance and reporting, including the preparation of management information, risk insights, issue updates and committee materials for APAC stakeholders.
•    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Third Party Risk Management processes, controls, reporting, data quality and tooling, including participation in global system and operating model enhancements.
