Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance thin film deposition processes to satisfy stringent industry requirements.
- Monitor and analyze process performance, finding opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and implement solutions for yield improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during process development.
- Follow SOP to support day/night shift operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in thin film deposition techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related area, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing and process development.
- Familiarity with advanced thin film characterization techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and compete in a fast-paced environment.
