Tencent Cloud - TCE Product Management Intern

Business UnitCloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.What the Role Entails

• Support the product team in product planning and design, including feature definition, user flow, and interaction design, under the guidance of senior product managers.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Assist in drafting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and related documentation to clearly communicate product goals and functionality.
• Participate in product operations and go-to-market support activities, including internal enablement and basic product promotion efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and operations to support product iteration and delivery.

Who We Look For

• Final-year undergraduate or graduate student majoring in technology, management, economics, computer science, or related disciplines, with a clear interest in pursuing a product management career.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and clear communication skills.
• Genuine interest in product design, user experience, and how products create business value.
• Familiar with common product tools such as Microsoft Office, prototyping tools, and basic flowchart or wireframing software.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese Mandarin to support communication with China-based stakeholders and documentation work.
• Prior internship experience in B2B products, SaaS, or platform-based products is a plus but not mandatory.
