2. Regularly analyze market trends, revenue composition, and customer performance in the assigned regions. Develop and execute effective market strategies aligned with commercial objectives to ensure the achievement of product revenue and gross margin targets.
3. Work closely with internal teams including Operations (Routing) and Procurement. Coordinate resources and timelines based on customer requirements, and formulate and implement service assurance plans to ensure smooth customer onboarding and stable service operations.
4. Continuously monitor demand changes, resource trends, and competitive intelligence in the overseas SMS and voice markets. Share insights internally in a timely manner, participate in product and strategy optimization, and help enhance overall product competitiveness.
2. Strong knowledge of telecom products and services. Familiar with regulatory policies, market characteristics, application scenarios, and pricing models for SMS and voice services (including A2P, OTP, marketing SMS, voice outbound calls, virtual numbers, etc.) across major international markets.
2. Excellent communication skills, strong customer insight, and logical thinking. Able to accurately identify core customer needs and independently deliver professional solutions and customer success strategies.
3. Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is strongly preferred, as this role involves regular coordination with Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams across the region.
5. Preferred qualifications: Prior working experience in well-known CPaaS platforms or cloud communication service providers is a strong plus.
