Tencent Cloud is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Partner Operations Manager based in Singapore to support the growth and success of our local partner ecosystem. This role will be responsible for driving the operational execution of our partner strategy in Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring alignment with Tencent Cloud’s global channel framework while adapting to the nuances of the local market. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of channel expertise, operational execution capability, and stakeholder management, with experience navigating complex cross-border partner ecosystems in the cloud or ICT industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end channel operations for Singapore and Malaysia markets, working closely with HQ channel teams to localize and implement policies around incentives, deal governance, sales workflows, and partner compliance.
  • Deeply engage in frontline partner projects by understanding their operational, business, and compliance needs; deliver day-to-day enablement support including sales process guidance, policy clarification, risk control, and resource coordination.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and common partner challenges; drive standardized process improvements and system automation to streamline workflows and improve partner experience.
  • Conduct regular business performance analysis across the partner ecosystem, monitoring key metrics such as partner revenue contribution, health, productivity, and incentive ROI.
  • Support broader global channel programs by contributing local insights and participating in the iteration of Tencent Cloud’s international partner operations frameworks.
  • Act as the Singapore POC for cross-functional channel enablement discussions, bridging sales, marketing, finance, legal, and product teams to ensure smooth operations.
Who We Look For
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing or its equivalents.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in partner operations, ecosystem management, or channel enablement roles within the cloud or ICT industry.
  • Proven track record in executing channel governance processes, designing or implementing partner incentive frameworks, and managing sales operations workflows.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive and independent working style.
  • Strong fluency in both English and Chinese Mandarin to effectively collaborate with global teams and partners.
  • Candidates with partner-facing experience or cloud certifications from major vendors (Tencent Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) will be given priority.
