Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation for Tencent Cloud's IaaS and computing products, deeply understanding customer requirements to design public cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Lead technical solution delivery, including requirement gathering, proposal writing, deployment planning, and issue resolution for IaaS/PaaS projects.
- Identify client needs and market trends in cloud and AI computing, translating insights into actionable feedback for product development.
- Develop and maintain tailored technical solution documents involving Tencent Cloud products (e.g., containers, networking, storage, AI/ML platforms).
- Deliver product enablement and best practice sharing across industries, supporting internal and external stakeholders with technical guidance and documentation.
- Master’s degree or above in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in the AI and cloud infrastructure domain.
- Strong foundation in cloud computing and IT architecture, including servers, containers, networking, storage, and databases; in-depth knowledge of at least 1–2 technical domains.
- Familiar with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and DeepSpeed, and knowledgeable about AI training/inference workflows and model optimization.
- Experience with GPU computing, distributed computing (RDMA, MPI, GPU Direct), and real-world model training/inference acceleration projects is highly preferred.
- Strong technical writing and visualization skills to communicate architecture and solutions effectively.
- Excellent fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin is required to liaise with regional stakeholders and product teams based in China.
