Position Overview

Tencent Cloud is looking for a highly motivated Partner Development Manager to drive the growth and scalability of Tencent Cloud’s EdgeOne product line, including Audio & Video, CDN, Edge Acceleration, and Cloud Security solutions, across Southeast Asia. This role focuses on establishing, enabling, and growing a high-performance partner ecosystem, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to execute Tencent Cloud’s international expansion strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement channel operation strategies for EdgeOne and Audio & Video product portfolios across the APAC region, with emphasis on Singapore, Malaysia, and Southeast Asia.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage regional partners (SI, ISV, MSP, VAR, Telco, Distributors) to accelerate indirect sales and expand Tencent Cloud’s regional ecosystem.
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle, including enablement, performance tracking, business reviews, and alignment to company growth objectives.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and partner feedback to refine regional channel strategies and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, solutions, and marketing teams to optimize partner GTM strategies, pricing structures, and technical integration support.
Who We Look For
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in partner or channel development in the public cloud industry, preferably working/worked at global cloud providers or leading CDN/security firms, responsible for managing partner or reseller networks.
  • Strong understanding of international channel ecosystems and sales conversion workflows.
  • Familiarity with CDN, edge computing, cloud security, or media delivery solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with full professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken, to effectively engage cross-border stakeholders.
