Tencent Cloud is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our AI Product Quality Team, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our cloud-based AI offerings. This role involves establishing evaluation frameworks, implementing intelligent diagnostics, and driving automation for bad case analysis. Responsibilities

• Design and establish evaluation systems tailored to various AI business scenarios, defining performance metrics based on real-world customer use cases.
• Develop automated bad case analysis mechanisms to continuously improve efficiency in identifying performance issues.
• Build daily pipelines using automation and AI technologies to surface problematic cases, providing continuous feedback for product optimization.

Who We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of cloud quality assurance experience, with large model training or evaluation, and familiarity with AI model benchmarking methods. Skilled in applying pipelines and AI tools to enhance troubleshooting workflows.
• Proficient in Python; Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, with experience in tracking and improving model performance through data.
• Excellent communication in both English and Chinese Mandarin and cross-team collaboration abilities, with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
