KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Produce daily PL reports for FLM and IB/CB and conduct necessary investigation and analysis on the discrepancies

  • Perform daily DFE submission

  • Perform daily Nostro Recon and produce Nostro Limits monitoring reports

  • Assist in other monthly reporting including DFE true up recon and submission

  • Review daily Recon – checks on daily feeds, B2B, mapping error and Balance Sheet Controls

  • Produces monthly Balance Sheet report

  • Produces monthly Legal Entity results

  • Produce daily AFS securities report

  • Assist in monthly/quarterly head office reporting.

  • Produce daily MAS report

  • Perform daily interbranch limits monitoring

  • Assist in month end activities including IFRS9, Brokerage, Prepayment, GIRO, IFRS16, Nostro charges, Interco and Corporate Banking charges entries, final PL sweep entries

  • Provide support to other ad-hoc finance activities and reporting tasks

  • Provide ad-hoc assistance with Finance projects as and when required

SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 2 - 3 working experience in accounting or financial reporting, preferably from banking or financial institutions

  • Bachelor degree of Finance, Accounting or related discipline

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Access

  • Comfortable working in a small team

  • Meticulous

  • Positive attitude

  • Independent and Reliable
