- Analyze large datasets and develop enhancements to existing pricing and risk management strategies
- Collaborate with the team to test hypotheses and evaluate models
- Implement research ideas into production systems
- Maintain and improve the group's trading software systems and tools
- Resolve day-to-day trading issues
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, physics, engineering, or other quantitative fields
- 1 years of experience in a relevant field
- Ability to demonstrate high-quality original quantitative research
- Strong engineering skills to convert research into production
- Attention to detail, adaptable, driven, and collaborative
- Demonstrated interest in markets and systematic trading
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of statistics; machine learning
