TECHNICIAN, ID1 ME- PH OPERATIONS

Join our team at Micron in Taiwan as an ID1 ME PH Technician, contributing to our R&D engineering for wafer fabrication.
Responsibilities:

• Perform technical tests and experiments for process development in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Set up and operate semiconductor processing equipment.
• Monitor, audit, and provide mentorship to line operators to ensure flawless execution.
• Process test runs and prepare detailed records, charts, and graphs of results for engineering presentations.
• Provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel, ensuring successful implementation of new products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field.
• Strong technical skills in operating and troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment.
• Ability to analyze data, build reports, and present findings effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to strictly follow protocols and safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience with process development in a high-tech environment.
• Familiarity with statistical process control and yield improvement techniques.
• Ability to determine root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ambitious and diligent approach with a passion for innovation.
