⦁ Perform fundamental operations and routine inspections in assigned areas such as photomask and photoresist, in accordance with established operating procedures.
⦁ Carry out basic equipment operations by strictly following standard SOP requirements.
⦁ Comply with process, equipment, and 6S standards to ensure correct batch execution and stable production performance.
⦁ Wear required cleanroom PPE-including full cleanroom garments, safety glasses, and gloves-and follow entry/exit procedures when working inside the cleanroom.
⦁ Work on a 4-shift/3-off or 4-shift/4-off schedule (43 shift), with the option of fixed day or night shift.
⦁ Able to support rotating shift operations; night shift allowance is provided according to company policy.
⦁ Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
