The Technical System Analyst will manage and configure Detica/NetReveal jobs, optimize performance, analyze database structures, and implement business rules. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating with IT for seamless system integration.
- Configure and manage Detica/NetReveal jobs, including job sequencing, scheduling, and execution.
- Implement and fine-tune business rules, thresholds, and detection models in NetReveal.
- Define data ingestion, transformation, and processing workflows within NetReveal.
- Optimize batch jobs and real-time processing to ensure system efficiency.
- Analyze table structures, data models, and relationships within the NetReveal database.
- Assess data availability and integrity at the database level for fraud detection and AML monitoring.
- Identify potential performance bottlenecks and implement tuning strategies.
- Work with SQL queries, indexing, and database optimization techniques to enhance system performance.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, job failures, and data inconsistencies.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend technical solutions.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with upstream/downstream systems.
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical System Analyst in Detica/NetReveal.
- Strong expertise in job setup, sequencing, and rule configurations in NetReveal.
- Deep understanding of NetReveal’s database schema, table structures, and data flow.
- Experience in SQL queries, indexing, and database optimization.
- Ability to assess data availability, integrity, and processing logic at the database level.
- Knowledge of performance tuning strategies for large-scale data processing.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for system failures and data discrepancies.
