What you’ll do
To support our long-term objectives in the region, we are seeking a strategic partner to scale our Technology teams across APAC. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while advising leadership on talent strategy and market insights. We are looking for colleagues who value a continuous learning environment and are committed to improving our processes through thoughtful experimentation and collaborative feedback.
Responsibilities
- Partner with multiple internal stakeholders with varying priorities to understand their hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
- Build and drive cross-functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance and others to scale hiring across Stripe
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels
- Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
- You have 6 - 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)
- You have experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor
- You demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to navigate complex, evolving environments with a high degree of autonomy.
- You have a proven track record of engaging passive talent and building pipelines that align with long-term organizational goals.
- You take a data-driven approach to recruiting, using market trends and internal metrics to refine your strategy and improve process efficiency.
- You possess great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
