The Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you sit within our Client Partnership team and are responsible for leading the delivery of digital projects.

You are client-facing, delivery-led, and technically fluent. You’ll translate objectives into clear plans, guide teams through execution, and ensure work lands on time, within scope, and to a high-quality bar.

This role blends project management discipline, business analysis capability, and technical understanding. You are accountable for delivering credibility, scope control, and helping clients make sound decisions.

We encourage autonomy and experimentation — within a structured delivery environment. You’ll have access to modern PM systems, AI tooling, and experienced leadership to support strong execution.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end delivery of technical projects across web, app, martech, content, and data, working closely with the Technical Lead
• Requirements elicitation, scope definition, and acceptance criteria
• Project plans, dependencies, timelines, and risk management
• Client and internal stakeholder alignment and expectation-setting
• Delivery quality, testing discipline, and launch readiness
• Improving delivery systems, workflows, and standards over time

You are expected to lead delivery conversations, not just track tasks.

Typical Work You’ll Lead

Projects commonly include:

• CMS(WordPress, Sitefinity)  website builds, migrations, and rebuilds
• Web and mobile applications, integrations, and APIs
• Martech implementations (CRM, analytics, automation platforms)
• Content production pipelines with technical and data dependencies
• Multi-vendor or partner-led delivery where required
  

You’ll work closely with strategists, designers, developers, data specialists, and external partners — but you own delivery coherence.

From a TPM perspective, AI is used to:

• Synthesize requirements and briefs
• Draft and refine SOWs, FSDs, and specifications
• Create and iterate wireframes or lightweight prototypes
• Explore technical approaches and constraints
• Support QA, test case generation, and edge-case analysis
• Accelerate documentation, reporting, and risk identification
  

Tools don’t replace judgment, but rather, they amplify it.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in technical or digital project management
• Experience delivering full-lifecycle digital projects
• Strong understanding of modern web/app builds, CMS platforms, integrations, and QA
• Comfortable owning BA-style responsibilities where needed (requirements, specs, acceptance criteria)
• Confident using structured PM tools (e.g. Jira) without becoming process-bound
• Clear, structured communicator in client and internal settings
• Detail-oriented with a high bar for quality
• Curious, self-driven, and comfortable experimenting with better ways of working
