Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Jordan (Remote)

What do you get to do?

  • Convene stakeholders and provide regular project reports to senior management.
  • Provide technical support to business development efforts, such as requirements gathering, initial technical support, estimating project budget, advising on project master service agreement.
  • Liaise with the Engineering team to ensure product strategy is represented in development priorities.
  • Liaise with Business Development, Product, and General Management teams to align product vision with short and long-term business goals.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.   
  • Manage project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and up to the standard quality.
  • Manage project deliverables and documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, third-parties, suppliers, and contractors..
  • Manage stakeholders expectations and raise any concern, risk, or issues with its mitigation of the project.

What do we look for in you? 

  • You are proficient in Arabic and the English language.
  • You have at least 5 years managerial work experience.
  • You have 7-10 years experience with software project management, ideally with formal training and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum.
  • You have a strong understanding of Open Banking concepts, API development and integration.
  • You have excellent prioritization and planning sense, and you can quickly adapt your plans as circumstances change.
  • You actively seek out opportunities to learn and develop; you enjoy being out of your comfort zone and diving into new environments.
