Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program execution for semiconductor equipment development programs, ensuring delivery of scope, schedule, cost, quality, performance, and customer commitments throughout the complete Product Development Process (PDP) lifecycle.
  • Lead program planning activities including scope definition, work breakdown structures (WBS), integrated master schedules, resource planning, budget management, risk assessment, and execution governance.
  • Drive successful completion of PDP phase objectives, gate deliverables, milestone reviews, and release requirements from concept and feasibility through verification, manufacturing readiness, and product release.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, tracking mechanisms, and execution frameworks to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.
  • Monitor program performance against key metrics including schedule, cost, scope, quality, and technical milestones, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; lead mitigation planning and drive timely resolution of program obstacles.
  • Facilitate program reviews, governance meetings, design reviews, and executive communications to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining project management processes, metrics, and best practices to enhance program execution effectiveness.
  • Contribute to technical and organizational development by collaborating with engineering teams and supporting successful execution of strategic product development initiatives.

 

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience managing complex product development programs within semiconductor equipment, capital equipment, electronics, manufacturing, or related high-technology industries.
  • Strong understanding of New Product Development (NPD) and Product Development Process (PDP) methodologies.
  • Experience in project planning, scheduling, resource management, budgeting, risk management, and cross-functional program execution.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent planning systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, or related project management certifications are preferred.
