What you will do:

  • Lead technology transfers and manufacturing capital projects to enable safe, efficient production.
  • Ensure campaign readiness and monitor execution to prevent process drift.
  • Manage change controls and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
  • Support investigations, validation, and documentation to meet current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements.
  • Drive cross-functional improvement projects that enhance cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Create and manage project plans; coordinate training for impacted teams.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers on manufacturing activities and timelines.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Biomedical, or related Engineering fields; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years in biotechnology or bioprocessing; cell and gene therapy experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cell culture and sterile processing in classified environments.
  • GMP manufacturing experience; project management skills (PMP preferred).
  • Proficiency with suite operations and technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience with 6S and Lean Manufacturing; Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt a plus.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and adherence to standardized procedures and cGMP.
