Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Management: Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for core banking enhancements or new initiatives. This involves creating detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs), user stories, and data mapping documents.

• System Analysis & Solution Design: Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications specifically for Silverlake (SIBS/SICS) or AS/400 systems. This includes performing analysis of existing banking processes to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with Silverlake developers, solution architects, quality assurance (QA) teams, and operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions. Act as a liaison between the business and technology teams throughout the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or Agile/Scrum processes.

• Testing Support: Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, validating results, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating defect resolution.

• Documentation and Reporting: Conduct impact analysis, data mapping, system configuration, and interface design, while ensuring all documentation (process flows, user guides, etc.) is comprehensive and current.

• SME Support: Provide subject matter expertise for core banking modules such as Payments, Loans, Deposits, General Ledger, and Customer Account Management.

Required Skills and Experience

Technical Skills:

AS400: RPG/RPGLE, CL, SQL, OS400, DB2, and AS400 system administration.

Silverlake: Experience with the Silverlake Integrated Banking System (SIBS), Silverlake Integrated Card System (SICS), or other modules like Payments (SWIFT, Paynow, etc.) is often a key requirement.
