About the Role:

The position sits within the R&C Managed Services group, a team that offers screening and remediation services to our clients globally. We screen individuals and entities against Dow Jones Risk and Compliance content and/or Factiva negative news. 

The Analyst prepares, executes and delivers screening and remediation projects to our clients and acts as a point of contact for Sales and our clients based in APAC, EMEA and AMER. You will work with project teams based in Europe and the US which requires you to collaborate with different parties across different time zones. This role requires a high level of ownership and independence, critical and creative thinking and excellent organizing and communication skills.


You Will:
  • Be a key representative of the R&C Managed Services team in dealings with clients, particularly strategic clients, working with partners in Sales and Product. Provide quotes and assist with contractual documents. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback and arrange necessary actions/follow ups if needed.

  • Manage a portfolio of solutions, work with multiple stakeholders and communicate progress and blockers with the project team and sponsors.

  • Ensure that clients receive clear, responsive communication to queries relating to the Dow Jones screening, reviewing and proofing process and its content across the regions; and that requests from clients and potential clients are dealt with effectively, consistently and timely. 

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives and agreed timelines, as well as overseeing the entire screening life cycle of the project

  • Design, develop and maintain optimized automation solutions that meet reporting or process improvement needs. Develop optimized scripts and visualizations that are fast and easy to comprehend.

  • Together with the Manager, R&C Managed Services, work with Product for assessing product enhancements based on internal or client feedback. Review end-to-end processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. 

  • Support R&C team with translation services as and when required.

You Have:
  • 2 years of experience in data analysis, project management, or a related role

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and/or Google Sheet

  • Experience in Python with applications for data analysis.
    Handled projects independently along with managing client/sales relationships;

  • Knowledge of other programming languages, such as SQL, is a plus.

  • Desirable experience working with large datasets, including data visualisation (such as Power Pivot, Power BI or Looker Studio) or data cleansing/transformation;

  • Highly detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive attitude who values personal accountability and ownership, and thrives, working under limited direction
