About the Role

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as the primary technical contact for partners using the BEES system in expansion markets. This role ensures seamless product implementation, resolves technical issues, and collaborates with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to consolidate and address technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate deployment of BEES systems to partners.
  • Provide technical assistance to Key Account Managers (KAMs) and partners, engaging internal tech teams (Product Consultants & Professional Services) when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot BEES product issues, manage complaints, and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Offer product expertise and guidance, escalating complex technical inquiries to the Product Consultant team.
  • Monitor the functionality of all deployed equipment, ensuring correct installation and smooth operation.
  • Maintain and update partner technical roadmaps and priorities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across different countries (LATAM experience is a plus).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills (Spanish proficiency is an advantage).
