We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Manager to join our Renewal team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily operations, support the team in delivering high-quality services, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong operational skills, effective communication, and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will lead and manage the Renewal team. You will report to the Head, Enterprise Business Management and work closely with internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operation of the Billing section of Enterprise Business Operation Department.

Job Description:

Team Support:

  • Leading and mentoring the policy administration team.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Help manage workload distribution and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the implementation of policy administration processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and address any operational issues to maintain high-quality service delivery.

Quality Control:

  • Monitor and review the team’s output to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Implement quality control measures and best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Assist in conducting regular audits and assessments to maintain standards.
  • Assist in conducting regular trainings to ensure up to date knowledge.

Process Improvement:

  • Contribute to the development and optimization of operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Assist in implementing new systems and tools to enhance productivity.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between the Renewal team and other departments.
  • Ensure effective communication of policies, procedures, and updates to the team.
  • Coordinate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights.

Escalation Handling:

  • Assist in addressing and resolving escalations and issues promptly.
  • Support conflict resolution efforts within the team and with external stakeholders.

Working Experience

  • 5 – 7 years of working experience with insurers or insurance related industry.
  • Experience in employee benefits structure is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of term life or hospital and surgical plans is a must.
  • Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
