  • Platform Development & Management: Lead the strategy, development, and ongoing management of our digital engagement platform, ensuring seamless integration with our mobile app and other relevant systems. This includes defining platform requirements, selecting technology partners, overseeing development, and managing ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
  • Engagement Strategy & Program Development: Develop and execute innovative digital engagement programs that increase customer stickiness, drive cross-sell opportunities, and support customer acquisition goals. This includes identifying target audiences, crafting compelling messaging, and leveraging various digital channels (e.g., email, push notifications, in-app messaging, social media) to maximize engagement.
  • Mobile App Integration: Collaborate with the mobile app team to ensure seamless integration of the digital engagement platform with the mobile app, leveraging mobile-specific features and functionalities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop robust reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness of digital engagement initiatives. Analyze data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate ROI. Use data-driven insights to inform future engagement strategies.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Build and lead a high-performing digital engagement team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, technology, and customer service.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for digital engagement initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing impact.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to budget.
  • Staying Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital engagement, mobile marketing, and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage new tools and techniques to enhance our engagement strategies.
