Lead Singapore tax compliance and advisory across the group, managing GST, corporate income tax, withholding tax and PE risk assessments. Oversee transfer pricing, intercompany transactions and documentation, support international tax issues and new-product tax planning, and liaise with IRAS, external advisors, and internal stakeholders.
About The Role
We are looking for a Tax Manager to oversee the company’s tax compliance and advisory matters in Singapore while supporting international tax initiatives and assessment across the group. This role will work closely with the finance team and senior management to ensure that tax obligations are managed efficiently and that tax risks are proactively addressed.
This position is ideal for a tax professional with strong experience in Singapore tax, international tax exposure, transfer pricing and the ability to operate in a fast-paced fintech environment.
What Will You Do
- Manage Singapore GST compliance, including reconciliation, GST returns and GST treatment
- Provide advice on international tax and cross-border transactions
- Assess withholding tax treatment and permanent establishment (PE) risks, including manage the tax filing
- Review transfer pricing arrangements and intercompany transactions
- Manage Singapore corporate income tax
- Support tax research, tax planning and tax implications for new products and business initiatives
- Manage transfer pricing documentation
- Support tax matters relating to other countries
- Liaise with IRAS, external advisors, and internal stakeholders on tax matters
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of tax experience
- Strong exposure to international tax and Singapore GST
- Critical thinker, with the ability to work across regions and functions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Big 4, fintech, financial services, or multinational companies preferred
- Professional qualification such as CPA, SCTP, CA or ADIT is an advantage
