Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Oversee all activities related to sensory panels and ensure smooth execution of sensory evaluations.
- Ensure the lab is organized, equipped, and compliant with safety and quality standards.
- Accurately prepare and label samples for sensory trials according to established protocols.
- Facilitate and monitor sensory evaluations, ensuring consistency and reliability of results.
- Gather data from panellists during trials using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Perform data analysis to interpret findings and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare clear reports and maintain records of sensory activities for internal and external stakeholders.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Degree in Chemical, Science or any other relevant discipline
- Familiarity with food safety and laboratory protocols.
- Knowledge of sensory evaluation techniques and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools
- Comfortable with handling non-halal materials, if required.
