We are now seeking bright and ambitious individual to strengthen the growth of business in the Singapore team as a Talent & Transformation Consultant.

Mercer Talent Solutions business: Mercer Singapore’s Talent Solutions business helps clients navigate the Future of Work. With the strongest Workforce Products & Insights database the market, we bring Reward and Talent expertise together to improve the way work works – from organization design, to strategic workforce planning, to identifying future work, skills needed, skill-gaps, action plans for transformation, to performance and total rewards.

We will count on you to:

  • Lead client consulting engagements across Talent Management, Organization Design, Job Redesign, Skills and Workforce Transformation.

  • Guide clients to navigate the future of work by putting in place a framework that enables clients to anticipate and plan ahead with business process analysis, skills required for the future, mapping current talent pools against anticipated needs, recommendations on bridging the gap with reskilling or upskilling and right sizing, and acquiring right capability in this rapidly changing business landscape.

  • Identify problems with the right diagnosis and help shape solutions for client problems across the work areas.

  • Guide proposal shaping, solution design fit to client needs and nurture upselling/ cross-selling client opportunities.

  • Lead and manage client engagement, stakeholder management, reporting and meetings.

  • Be responsible for managing the project delivery to ensure that client deliverables are met on time and are consistently of high quality.

  • Work with seniors in the team on Business Development opportunities and shape solutions, even in projects outside of your direct responsibilities.

  • Prepare client reports and presentations independently and draft initial recommendations for review by senior consultants.

  • Ensure that the team delivers high-quality, innovative client deliverables, focusing on effectively communicating key insights and enabling impact.

  • Supervise and coach junior consultants as you lead project delivery by providing points of view in team discussions and challenge other views in a constructive manner.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in HR consulting across Talent Management, Organization Design, Job Redesign, Skills, Workforce Transformation and Assessments.

  • Prior experience in supporting consulting and/or products sales.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle projects independently.

  • Ability to thrive in problem-solving, shaping solutions, understanding and solving for client needs.

  • Target driven, agile and highly motivated.

  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.​
