The successful candidate will join a growing Onboarding team who are currently expanding their headcount globally. In this role you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new joiners. This position is perfect for someone passionate about creating memorable employee experiences and looking to grow their career in HR and onboarding

Your future role within QRT

  • Lead regular induction sessions that introduce new joiners to QRT’s culture, values, and vision, setting the tone for their journey within the organization
  • Act as the primary onboarding contact for APAC, providing expert guidance and a seamless experience for new joiners while addressing their needs and queries
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, Compliance, and Security, to streamline and optimize onboarding processes regionally
  • Oversee the buddy program in APAC by ensuring thoughtful matching, monitoring engagement, and driving feedback-based improvements
  • Oversee onboarding material inventory and swag distribution, ensuring all regional offices are stocked and ready to welcome new employees
  • Evaluate and refine the onboarding process to increase engagement, retention, and employee satisfaction, staying ahead of best practices in onboarding
  • Partner with global teams to align APAC onboarding strategies with company-wide objectives and initiatives
  • Support onboarding projects, such as the rollout of new systems or initiatives, with a focus on scalability and efficiency
  • Oversee scheduling, logistics, and preparation for onboarding activities, ensuring all operations run smoothly

Your Present Skillset

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a similar position managing learning programme(s) for a global company
  • Interest in building and promoting a learning culture within the organisation
  • Strong inter-personal skills and a high attention to detail are essential
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and Workday knowledge is preferred
  • People Analytics skills are desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities whilst working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Self-starter who can organize their own workload as well as assisting others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key with the ability to communicate at all levels
