We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Development Coordinator to support the execution of our global talent development initiatives. This role involves managing the logistical aspects of training, maintaining the LMS, and ensuring seamless coordination of induction programs and learning offerings. You will partner with global colleagues and external vendors to deliver impactful talent development programs and contribute to the success of our employees’ growth journey.

Your future role within QRT

  • Assist with the logistical aspects of training, scheduling for internal employees, booking rooms and venues, tech set-up, liaising with vendors and preparing training materials
  • Assist with implementation of the group talent development roadmap
  • Partner with other Talent Development coordinators to set global standards and operating structure for the Group Talent Development team
  • Plan and project manage learning offerings from start to finish, ensuring timely execution
  • Manage and maintain the LMS, including setting up sessions and uploading learning content, enrolling participants, tracking attendance and troubleshooting user issues
  • Coordinate induction-related initiatives and maintain the Talent Development calendar, providing updated schedules on the internal employee engagement platform
  • Partner with the Talent Development Data Analytics team to track performance impact and to pull insights/reports when required
  • Maintain the digital learning platforms and relevant digital tools, ensuring that it’s up-to-date and oversee enrolment and uptake
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with partner training providers to ensure quality delivery of programs Support the induction and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
  • Coordinating various Talent Development programmes and communicating with stakeholders on offerings
  • Greet and liaise with external vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience Supporting colleagues within the QRT Academy with business-as-usual BAU tasks and initiatives

Your Present Skillset

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Open to individuals in an administrative role, personal assistant or executive assistant with a keen interest in a career in Talent Development
  • Experience interacting or being an admin for a Learning Management System LMS or Learning Experience Platform LXP
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Stakeholder management across all levels
  • Self-starter who can organize their own workload as well as assisting others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment A genuine passion for growing and developing people in an entrepreneurial setting
