Job Description

Based in Singapore, the Talent & Culture Executive will be part of a team that provides day-to-day human resources support to the operations team in one of the World’s Leading Airlines Lounges at Changi Airport.

This is an exciting opportunity to build the HR function from the ground up, ensuring compliance with labour and employment laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting business growth through strategic HR initiatives. This role is critical in supporting the full recruitment cycle of talents, day to day administration and engagement of talents as well as fostering a welcoming work environment.

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, scheduling of interviews, and new hire orientation
  • Savvy with work pass applications and renewals
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local employment practices
  • Support benefits administration in collaboration with finance and operations teams
  • Coordinate internal and external trainings
  • Support the day-to-day administration in the T&C Department

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hospitality or Business Management
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources roles
  • Knowledge of work pass application and renewal processes
  • Knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory benefits
