Job Description

Accor is in a partnership with one of the World's Leading Airlines, to manage the Lounge operations located in Changi Airport. Based in Singapore. Based in Changi Airport Singapore, the Talent & Culture Executive will be part of a team that provides day-to-day human resources support to the operations team. 

The Talent & Culture Executive manages the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, ensuring the organization attracts, selects and integrates talent effectively. This role supports hiring managers in identifying staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates and coordinating interviews. Additionally, the T&C Executive ensures a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires, fostering early engagement and alignment with company culture and values.

Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance for full timers and internship
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
  • Prepare and extend job offers and handle negotiation processes.

Onboarding

  • Coordinate pre-employment documentation and background checks.
  • Organize and prepare for new hire orientation sessions.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by liaising with IT, admin and other departments.
  • Monitor new hire progress and gather feedback to improve onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.

General HR Support

  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and career fairs.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Any other ad-hoc or miscellaneous assignments

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hospitality or Business Management
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources roles
  • Knowledge of work pass application and renewal processes
  • Knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory benefits
