Job Description

  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment including developing search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding process.
  • Responsible for developing, recommending and executing recruitment strategy with decision makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames.
  • Proactively direct source for talent through social media, employee referrals, competitive intelligence/research, sourcing tools and other innovative channels
  • Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
  • Create a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process.
  • Ensure all open requisitions and candidate activities are captured in the applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters) in a timely and accurate manner 
  • Assist in organizing and delivering engaging activities for career fairs, school visits, and outreach events to promote the company’s early careers programs and attract future talent.
  • Coordinate with schools, colleges, and universities to schedule events, maintain partnerships, and support initiatives that inspire students to explore careers in the industry.

 

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5 years of experience in Recruitment/ TA ideally in an international company, with a focus on Engineering or related fields
    • Prior experience in managing early careers program is an added advantage
    • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships up to a senior level to influence and positively challenge existing thinking
    • Experience working with Workday/Smart Recruiters would be an asset
    • Ability to work with business independently
    • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
