LOCATION: Remote, Canada
Position Summary:
Reporting directly into the Vice President of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play an important role in sourcing and finding top tier talent for Cority Software Inc. You will be responsible for finding key talent for Cority, developing the Cority brand in different professional communities, and maintaining a healthy talent pipeline. The role will require you to partner with hiring managers to meet current recruitment numbers and plan for future hiring needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, self-starter who is passionate about finding the right person for the company. This role affords the person to contribute to the recruitment portfolio in a fast paced, high growth software company. This is a Maternity leave replacement contract.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle (job description, posting the job, screening, interview scheduling, offer roll out) within the recruitment budget and timeframe.
- Guide the hiring teams in all talent acquisition activities.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop unique recruitment strategies to fulfill the aggressive growth plan.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
- Create a strong Cority presence and brand in the community through participation in tech networking events and other professional communities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary degree in HR or related discipline
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a B2B SaaS or agency environment, supporting fast-growing teams across Engineering, Product & Corporate.
- Experience with ATS and candidate databases (Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter) strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a fast paced, technology company.
- Proven track record of finding and sourcing quality candidates.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Team player and ability to build relationships across cross functional teams and levels.
