Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Manager – Asia, you will act as a strategic partner between candidates aspiring to join IQ-EQ and the business. Your role will be pivotal in attracting and securing the right talent to meet business needs while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

You will contribute to global projects aimed at enhancing processes and upskilling the global TA team, while driving innovation in recruitment strategies and tools. As part of the global TA leadership team, you will lead initiatives that deliver measurable business impact and strengthen stakeholder relationships through best practices and tailored talent solutions.

 

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to:

  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
  • Enhance candidate experience and employer brand
  • Drive process improvements and team capability development
  • Influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the global TA leadership team design and implement regional talent acquisition strategies in line with business growth and change initiatives
  • Collaborate on global projects to improve processes and upskill the TA team
  • Provide cross-regional support during peak hiring periods
  • Participate in TA leadership meetings to present progress on global initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including regional leadership teams
  • Coach and mentor TA Partners and Candidate Experience Representatives to build team capability
  • Develop strategic relationships with internal stakeholders such as Finance, HR, and local leadership
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support immediate and future hiring needs
  • Influence and manage stakeholder expectations around deliverables and service levels
  • Ensure operational excellence across all recruitment campaigns, including complex and niche roles
  • Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates and previous applicants
  • Continuously improve TA processes and inspire the team to innovate
  • Serve as a role model within the TA team, promoting collaboration and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master degree in HR/Psychology/Business Administration or similar fields
  • Extensive experience of progressive recruiting leadership background
  • Strong project skills
  • Experience in recruiting strategies across multiple geographies
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to build credibility at all levels of the organisation
