Six-month Talent Acquisition Consultant contract in Singapore supporting experienced hiring across Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines. The role manages full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, market mapping, talent-pool development, candidate engagement, negotiation, and closing. It partners with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to provide recruiting advice, market intelligence, and a strong candidate and hiring-manager experience. The position is hybrid, requiring at least three office days weekly.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This role will be 6 months contract, based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Be a trusted talent and influential advisor by building strong, consultative relationships with our internal business clients
- Provide full lifecycle recruiting expertise for experienced hiring needs across multiple business groups in different ASEAN countries, ie, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines.
- Provide market intelligence including market mapping, talent pools and industry insights
- Utilize proactive and innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract the best talent in the market
- Deliver exceptional recruitment advice to bring top talent to the organization
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders - maintain consistent communications with clients
- Ensure a positive candidate / hiring manager experience – follow through is key!
- Ability to flex and get things done within a rapidly changing work environment
What you need to have:
- At least 6+ years' in a corporate recruiting and/or search firm environment with proven experience in recruiting for various mid- to senior-level roles
- Experience supporting end-to-end hiring processes across multiple country locations
- Solid experience managing all aspects of the recruiting process from sourcing to closing the candidate
- Ability to build and maintain talent pools and market maps
- Direct sourcing, cold-calling and identifying non-active/passive qualified job seekers to hiring managers
- Excellent planning, organizational and facilitation skills with keen attention to detail
- An effective communicator with excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Client service focus with strong organizational and project management skills
