Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement automation and control systems for various applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation, control, and data connectivity systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements.

Develop and maintain documentation for automation, control, and data connectivity processes and systems.
-
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation, control, and Industry 4.0.
-
Ensure the uptime and reliability of all equipment and systems.

Deliver sustainable automation and control solutions that support long-term operational goals.
Functional Knowledge
-
Expertise in PLC programming and SCADA systems.
-
Experience with PID tuning, HMI development, and industrial networking.
-
Expertise in electrical automation, including the design and implementation of control systems, sensors, and actuators to monitor and regulate electrical processes.

Familiarity with electrical circuits, power systems, and control theory to create customized automation solutions.
-
Skills in data connectivity, including data integration, data warehousing, and data visualization.

Knowledge of network protocols and communication standards (e.g., TCP/IP, SNMP).
-
Understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, AI, machine learning, and cyber-physical systems.

Good understanding of robotics applications, including robotic system integration, collaborative robots (cobots), and AI in robotics.

Proficiency in vision systems engineering, including machine vision, image processing algorithms, and integration with automated equipment.

Experience with assembly automation, including robotic arms, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), and conveyor systems.

Knowledge of packaging automation, including automated packaging machinery, case erectors, palletizers, and stretch wrap machines.

Ability to align automation, control, and data connectivity strategies with business goals and objectives.

Experience in analyzing business processes to identify automation and control opportunities.

Understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
