Position Summary
System and Business Process ManagementRole and Responsibilities
- Drive and manage cross-functional projects involving system automation, integration, and digital tools
- Primary responsibility for SAP ERP or In-house systems maintenance
- Analyze and improve business processes related to order-to-cash, customer operations, and sales workflow
- Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations to improve operational efficiency
- Lead functional enhancements and support of the ERP, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions
- Serve as a liaison between end users, business stakeholders, and IT developers to ensure alignment and successful system delivery • Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions to address any issues
- Ensure system and process compliance with corporate standards and data governance policies
Skills and Qualifications
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and related fields
• At least 5 years IT system development or implementation roles with a preference system design and programming experience
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP operation or implementation with a preference for SAP functional or technical consultant experience
• Strong preference with experience in multi-system interfaces or integration, such as API interface
• Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
