Provide server and infrastructure administration across offices and retail stores: install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers, VMware ESXi, SAN storage, Active Directory, Exchange (on‑prem and Online), and backup systems. Perform routine system administration, documentation, upgrades, and technical support for regional teams and retail locations.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems (Windows/Linux/VMWare)
- Deploy, configure, manage, and troubleshoot the following software/hardware - Active Directory, Exchange Server & Exchange Online, VMware ESXi, SAN Storage & Backup
- Perform routine system administration duties
- Monitor servers and troubleshoot issues
- Provide additional support when necessary (eg. backup and storage functions)
- Perform proper documents for all processes
- Recommend solutions and ensure all IT issues have been corrected, and maintain records of work performed
- Provide technical support across the company, including Singapore, regional offices, and retail stores
- Provide technical support to server and network infrastructure and perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated
- Troubleshoot system failures or bugs, and provide solutions to restore functionality
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Experience in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting systems
- Able to communicate effectively in both oral and written aspects
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Possesses analytical skills and works well in a fast-paced environment
