System Analyst
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Responsibilities
- Experience System Analyst with a strong background in supporting branch teller system
- Participate in requirements gathering with Business Users and Business Analyst. Suggest alternate solutions to meet or improve the desired objectives based on best practices and industry solutions and influence the desired outcomes
- Work very closely with Business Users, Business Analyst and cross team project team members on solutioning during project initiation, implementation and post-implementation support
- Assess impact of changes on branch teller system. Identify gap, dependencies and potential risks in system changes
- Work on / review solution design & effort estimates and prioritize projects & change requests
- Develop/Review functional specification based on Business Requirement document and map out into RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix)
- Perform data mapping and process mapping with interfacing applications
- Develop/Review Technical Design Specification to ensure the design meets the Functional Requirement
- Review SIT Test Plan, Test Design and Test Cases
- Ensure all application documentations are maintained and completed according to the delivery methodology
- Review SIT Test Plan, Test Design and Test Cases
- Support testing during SIT, UAT and post-implementation phases
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 10 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
Essential:
· You must be the experienced system analyst, with good experience in system integration/interfacing.
· You will typically be assigned to work on specific projects and is expected to support the Application Delivery.
· Manager (ADM) in all relevant technical matters, end-to-end, within the project.
· Depending on the project, your duties may include building new systems (where necessary) and interfaces. For new system build-up, you may need to environment support during SIT/UAT.
· You are expected to ensure your work are adequately documented and transferred to the production team post-cutover.
· You will be expected to work with the senior developers and system architect in formulating technical solutions that is fit for purpose for your assigned projects. The solution will need to satisfy all security, regulatory and architectural standards.
