System Analyst (Cardlink)

Job Description

· Responsibilities Mainframe Card System Analyst responsible for analyses of business requirements, detailed design of system changes and solutions.

· Responsible for understanding the business requirements and designing the architecture and solution to meet the requirements

· Responsible for impact analysis, solution design and working with developers to deliver the functional, technical and interface specifications

· Ensure the design conforms to the bank’s established IT standards and guidelines and is in compliance with regulatory requirements

· Perform technical review and assistance in designing, testing and developing applications.

· Responsible for modifying existing programs when required.

· Review system test scope and test results

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, UAT testers and payment associations to ensure smooth delivery of projects/change request

· Support regional business-as-usual production issues and user queries

Skills -

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Able to work under time constraints to meet deadlines

· Meticulous, objective-oriented and hands-on person

· Possess strong verbal and written communications; and good presentation skills

Qualifications-

· Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

· Min 6 years of relevant experience of which the last 4 years is with System Analyst experience

· Technically competent with credit card system (Cardlink)

· Experience with migration from Cardlink V1 to V2 is preferred
