A Snapshot 

We are looking for a dynamic Sustainability Analyst, passionate about sustainability, curious and eager to learn, to join our Sustainability team. As a Sustainability Analyst at AirTrunk, you’ll be a valued member of our team from Day 1 and work on real projects and we’ll mentor you each step of the way to ensure you’re set up for success. 

In this role, you will be making your mark in a number of ways: 

  • Helping AirTrunk to pioneer the earth’s most sustainable and circular data centres;
  • Working towards maximising positive social impact in our markets;
  • Challenging the status quo on ESG innovation, transparency and accountability.

Your Day to Day 

  • ESG Intelligence Stay on top of the latest ESG industry trends, risk and opportunities. Use your insights to support strategic planning and programs;
  • Sustainability Initiatives – Play an active role in exciting sustainability programs. From brainstorming to implementation, you’ll help create programs that makes a real difference;
  • ESG Culture – Be a catalyst for change helping to plan and coordinate internal Sustainability activities. Whether it’s organizing a workshop, coordinating with the Sustainability Committee, or facilitating a working group, ensuring our commitment to sustainability remains strong and engaging.
  • ESG Partnerships - Assist in identifying potential partnerships with organizations, or initiatives that align with our sustainability ambitions.
  • Reporting and disclosure - Dive into the world of ESG reporting. Support the development of our annual reports and help prepare disclosures that showcase our commitment to sustainability.
  • Continuous Improvement - Always be on the lookout for ways to enhance our sustainability efforts. Bring your innovative ideas to the table and contribute to ongoing improvements that keep us ahead of the curve. 

Requirements 

Passionate about ESG: You bring minimum 2 years of experience in ESG and sustainability, driven by a genuine passion for making a positive impact. 

  • Eager to Grow: You’re a proactive learner, excited to embrace new challenges and develop your skills in a dynamic environment. 
  • Educational Background: You hold a degree in sustainability, environmental studies, or environmental management/engineering. We’re also excited to hear from you if you’re pursuing a degree in other fields but have your sights set on a career in sustainability. 
  • Clear Communicator: You have a knack for simplifying complex ideas, and you communicate with clarity and impact, whether verbally or in writing. 
  • Adaptable: You thrive in an environment where ambiguity and change are part of the journey, and you can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
