We are looking for a Supply & Planning Coordinator to join our Marine Products division.

Supplying marine consumables, products, and solutions to every conceivable vessel type, our Marine Products division includes the Unitor brand of products, Timm ropes, Unicool refrigerants, and Unitor and Nalfleet marine chemicals. Last year we made product deliveries to 27,500 vessels, at over 2,000 ports.

Who you are:

You are to ensure that orders from our customers are handled correctly, in a timely fashion and that customer demands are met and communicated in an efficient and professional manner.

The Supply & Planning Coordinator will report to Supply Manager.

Required experience and skills:

You shall have a minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.

What you will be doing :

  • Engage with Customer Service, inventory, freight, warehouse, and procurement departments to ensure products availability for order processing.

  • Carry a cellular phone and laptop for remote access afterhours and on weekends.

  • Process customer orders.

  • Communicate with Customer Service department of necessary information concerning delivery status of orders.

  • Consistent checking and monitoring of vessel’s schedule with customer’s appointed agents.

  • Update all relevant details into the customer orders.

  • Plan and schedule drivers for deliveries.

  • Monitor the efficiency of the driver’s utilisation to ensure cost efficiency.
