Manage the technical performance and operations of a fleet of 3–5 bulk carriers. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, repairs, docking projects, safety and regulatory compliance, budgets, procurement approvals, incident prevention and investigation, continuous improvement, and stakeholder relationships with owners, classification societies, and shipboard teams. The role requires maritime technical expertise, strong communication, and experience as a Chief Engineer or Vessel Manager.

Leads global data architecture, governance, master data management, analytics, and business intelligence strategy. Owns data models and roadmaps, ensures data quality and regulatory compliance, prioritizes BI initiatives, and delivers reporting solutions. Identifies automation and process improvement opportunities while supporting digital transformation. Collaborates with stakeholders, application teams, and enterprise architects to translate business needs into scalable solutions and contribute to enterprise architecture planning.

Support global growth of newbuilding supervision by identifying opportunities, engaging customers and shipyards, preparing commercial proposals and tenders, maintaining CRM records, providing market intelligence, and coordinating cross-functional teams through contract award to project start.
