MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Modelling best practices and continuous improvement in system, business & work in terms of system driven planning reliability & sustainability

• Maintain purchasing & planning parameters for data integrity & operation excellence

• Command good MPS/MRP planning

• Review and convert purchase requisition/planned orders, and manage MRP exception (Reschedule In/Reschedule Out & Cancellation)

• Ability to identify potential supply gap & recovery for product supportability in short & long run

• Collaborate with demand planners to improve forecast accuracy, in addition to deliver customer focus’ value with Business/Product team

• Actively working towards a regional subject matter expert in utilization of planning tools to balance between Inventory Optimization (Supply) & Service Excellence (Demand)

• Result driven for KPI (Inventory & Obsolescence, Backorder and OTIF)

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Planning

• Inventory Management, and knowledge of Subcon Planning is an added advantage

• Possess effective negotiation, good interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactively driving improvements and building trust & credibility

• Strong team player & collaboration with cross-functional team

• Demonstrate initiative, self-driven & ability to multi-task to address priorities & importance

• Computer & MS Excel literacy, MRP/MPS planning environment

• SAP knowledge is preferred
